2023 National Leadership Conference

Each year, the FCCLA National Leadership Conference gives students the opportunity to meet and compete with thousands of other FCCLA members from around the world who have shown to be the best in their state, and now have earned the chance to compete at the highest level of FCCLA competition!
After participating in competitive events during the day, students will have time to socialize with other members from around the world, meet and network with influential business leaders at their vendor booths, and explore sunny California.
Students and advisers gather to elect new National Executive Council, participate in competitive events, attend dynamic general sessions, and explore ways to enhance their leadership skills in their families, careers, and communities.
At the closing session of the conference, hundreds awards will be presented to outstanding FCCLA members who helped make this year's conference a memorable success.
